Winter Wedding Ideas

Winter weddings tend to scare people away and they definitely are not as popular as Spring/Summer weddings.  However, a white wedding can be equally or even more romantic and fun as its warmer counterpart. Here are some of our favorite ideas for your winter wedding:

Idea #1:  Fur Stoles for the Bride and Bridesmaids

Fur stoles are an awesome accessory to keep you and your bridal party warm and look great in photos! If you’re looking for a gift to give your bridal party and you’re having a winter wedding, this could be the solution you’re looking for.  Don’t be afraid to give your wedding that Old Hollywood flare with some fur stoles!

Keep your guests warm and fuzzy by passing around hot cocoa or having a hot cocoa bar.  Not only will this be a hit at the wedding, but guests will be talking about this for a long time after! Hot Apple Cider could be another option for those who don’t love hot cocoa (but I can’t imagine anyone doesn’t) or if you want to have a lactose-free options for your family or guests.

Idea #3: White Flowers and Blue Lighting

White flowers tend to capture the softness of snow, and blue lighting really gives that cool winter feel to your wedding…and everything looks so elegant in that light, including your beautiful white or ivory dress! If you’re going to have a winter wedding, why not make it a winter wonderland!
